Theara J. Ward began her professional career with the Dance Theater of Harlem at thirteen years old. She made her musical theater debut in the French version of CATS. She made her Broadway debut featured in the Tony Award winning revue, BLACK AND BLUE.

She teaches in arts in education programs in the New York metropolitan area with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Arts-In-Education programs with Mickey D. and Friends. She also travels around the country to conduct workshops on liturgical dance.

We provide quality dance instruction and education for ages three through adult. We are dedicated to bringing forth God's word through the ministry of dance. Students will not only learn dance technique but they will also learn the word of God.

Morning Glory Christian Dance Academy is looking to EXPAND

to a 4 studio state of the art dance space located in the heart of

New Haven. Donations are required to prepare the site, purchase

equipment and supplies, and cover expenses during the first

year of operation. All financial contributions are greatly

appreciated. Regardless of the amount, your contribution is very

important and deeply appreciated.

"Our mission is to provide Christ-centered dance training

that will glorify God while building the body of Christ

and the community at large".

is looking for dance instructors.

MGCDA is looking for experienced dance instructors to become part of our growing studio. We are looking for instructors to teach various levels, ages, and styles of dance, as well as choreograph for recital.

   Instructors:
                 Ballet,  Lyrical,  Jazz,  Contemporary,  Tap,
                 African,  Step, Leaps & Turns class,  Flexibility class ,

Tumbling, and more...

Must be reliable and have a passion and love for liturgical dance and teaching.
